Yes. We can submit rental applications on your behalf, but only with your written consent.
A signed consent form is required before we handle any submissions or we can proceed with proof via live chat or call recording.
We use secure email, cloud storage and digital forms to ensure your personal and financial information is handled safely. We do not share your information with anyone outside of the property application process.
Once your documents are complete and verified, we submit your application as soon as possible, but the exact processing time depends on the property management company.
If your application is denied, we cannot reverse the decision. However, we can review your documents for future applications and guide you to improve your next submission.
