Refund Policy

How refunds work for our services

Overview

We strive to provide professional, reliable, and transparent rental application and property support services. Our Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which clients may request a refund and the process for doing so. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

One-Time Services

Refunds for one-time services such as Rental Application Assistance (Tier 1) or Premium Move-In Coordination (Tier 2) may be considered only if the service has not been delivered as described.

  • Once the service has been completed (e.g. application submitted, move-in coordination executed) refunds are not available.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include supporting documentation demonstrating that the service was not delivered.

Monthly Subscription Services

For Monthly Support ($29/month)

  • Clients may cancel at any time.
  • Refunds will only apply for the unused portion of the subscription period.
  • No refunds are provided for services already performed during the active subscription month.

Property Management Support Services

For services provided to property management companies:

  • Rental Inquiry Line ($7/hour) and Tenant Line & Operations Support ($10/hour) are billed based on hours worked.

  • Refunds are not available for hours already completed.

  • Any billing disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the invoice date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us via email at refund@primelinerentals.com
  • Provide your name, contact information and invoice details
  • Explain the reason for the refund request with any supporting evidence

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Limitations

  • Refunds are only available for services not delivered as promised.

  • PrimeLine Rentals reserves the right to deny any refund requests deemed invalid or unsupported by documentation.

  • Refunds do not cover third-party fees, payment processing fees, or any other costs outside of the service fee.

Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel services at any time.

  • Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund. Refund eligibility depends on the terms outlined above.

  • For subscriptions, cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past months of service.

Changes to This Policy

PrimeLine Rentals reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the website and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
